It is a honda civic, in great shape, I just can’t afford the payments. I have put ads in newspapers and on internet sites, but I haven’t received a single call.

I gutted my car and want to sell the steel car frame as scrap metal. Where do I find someone who will buy it ?
November 29th, 2009 Posted by: admin
A tree fell on my car in July. I couldn’t get insurance money so I sold the car parts. I’m left with the car frame and would like to sell the steel as scrap metal instead of putting it out on the curb with the recycles. I’m in the process of cutting it up into manageable pieces so I can transport it, but I do not know where to look to find someone who’ll buy the scrap steel. I already looked on Google, but couldn’t find any leads. Any suggestions ?
I called 1 salvage scrap metal recycling place and they said that they don’t take that kind of scrap unless I had at least a couple tons. I think I only have about a ton or so.

A new car salesperson knows that he sells cars to one customer out of 20 who enter the showroom. What is the probability that he will sell a car to exactly 2 of the next 3 customers?

November 21st, 2009 Posted by: admin
Do they get reimbursed the ~1% to get them to invoice or more to some amount above invoice?

What is the protocol for for selling a car with a lien on it?
November 14th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I am currently financing a car. I financed it used and things are starting to go wrong. What is the best protocol for ridding myself of the car?
1. Just trade the car in and try to the balance of value after the lien is factored.

2.Try and sell the car to pay off the car and give the buyer the lien when it is released

Selling a used car privately before getting title in my name?
November 14th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I bought a used car 2 weeks ago and am looking to sell it (long story). The title is in the original owners name as I haven’t had time to title it myself yet. Can I sell this car to a private buyer or do I need to title it in my own name first? I do own the car outright and there are no liens on it. The title is clear, it’s just not in my name.
