What can I do if my tenant does not pay the rent for two month?

I own the house I live and a townhouse that I am renting. I am paying both houses with great mortgages. Tenants at the townhouse already used the deposit as the rent of last month and at present they have not paid the present month. I use the rent for paying the mortgage of the townhouse. What can I do to solve this situation in which i will finish the most affected.

Do I have to pay rent after my landlord files bankruptcy?

My landlord filed bankruptcy and I need to know if I have to continue paying him rent. I am listed as a creditor with the bankruptcy trustee. The house is in foreclosure and will be sold by the bank. (it is income property, not his residence). I am now stuck, because I am not sure if I still need to pay rent to the landlord or wait for the trustee or bank to contact me.

How do I figure out how much I can afford on a new(ish) car?

Just in time for a new job at a car dealership, my car has crapped out. Its a 96 Taurus and I’ve gotten more than my money’s worth out of the car but now its time for a new one,

I’m not necessarily set on a brand new car, in fact, I’d probably prefer a slightly used one. Anyways, is there some formula to decipher how much I can afford to spend on a new car? (Like for example when you get a house, they say you shouldn’t even allocate more than half your income to rent. I stand to make about 500 a week and my credit is so-so. What should i be looking to spend?
I’m not necessarily selling cars, I’m merely working at the dealership FT

What the gonvernment should do in this housing rent market?

The rent housing price is very high.So the gonvernment put a maximum price in order that the poors can afford them. after putting this maximum price will happen another problem. because the demand will rise and the supply will decrease. So the same situation, the poor cannot buy a house not because the price is very high but because the demand is very high. So what additional policies should be required or what should the gonvernment do about this.Whe the gonvernmet should impose such a policy to house rents.

How much should I expect to pay to rent a storage unit?

Does anyone have an idea how much it costs per month to rent a storage unit? It would have to be large enough to hold the furniture in my house (we’re moving in with inlaws till our new house is ready) & boxes etc.
