I’m planning to buy a car but I’m moving to a new place in 1.5-2 months. Question is, should I buy the car while i’m still at my current address, or wait til I move to the new place?

My concern is the car insurance. I’ve heard people having problems with their insurance when they change their address. If I get a car now and get it insured before moving, wouldn’t my insurance be based on my original address? would my future address be factored in instead? Or should i save myself the hassle, and wait it out til i move to the new place before getting the car + insurance?

Is it also possible to just buy the car, stash it on my future place (the place would be pretty much unoccupied for 2-3 weeks coz of repair + last month on my current add) or register/insure it under my new add even if i’m not staying there yet?

I was doing online quotes for various car insurance co., and all of them indicate that I would be getting a lower insurance on my future address compared to my current on

As a mother I am disgusted. We cant let game developers corrupt our children by promoting murder and crime. The people at Activision have really taken this too far with the Grand Theft Auto game. We cant let there be a Grand Theft Auto 2.

My 17 year old son just sits on the couch all day during the weekend with his friends killing virtual people and stealing virtual cars.

We need more games like Wii Music and Donkey Kong. Ive went to all my sons soccer games since he was 6 and now I have to watch him grow up playing these horrible games.
Haha Im joking. Im just a 17 year old kid trying to see what soccer mom responses I would get.

I love driving down virtual New York City running over pedestrians and flying a helicopter into the Statue of Liberty. You old people need to get with the program and get the game in you.

Any magazine or website which is recommended and that people use to advertise their used cars?

Also, do you know if canadian cars depreciate quick, meaning, if a car is model 2007 is it likely to be way more cheaper than a new one?

i was looking at pictures on google of ice storm 2008 and a nasty picture of ice storm 98 (which i didnt know even existed) popped up of as car covered in nasty ice! then there was more amazing pics. What do you think. (better for people who experienced both, i didnt well i technically did but i was 3)

I have always been a Toyota fan but now I have Lincol continental which is a very luxurious car to ride in, I want to know what cars others love to ride or drive. My lincoln is 1997 model and 8 cylindar, very luxurious and I feel like my living room is moving when I ride in it. I am wondering what other cars ride like that so I can consider for my next car.
We travelled a lot with this car interstate trips and it provides us very nice ride and drive. I want to know other people’s experiences of nice cars to ride.
please note that I love the effect of my living room is moving and I am still sitting in my seat while the screen infront is the road.

This happen to me a while ago but the other night I thought of something that I could have done to get the cop fired other than reporting it to his boss. One night at about 4 in the morning on a road that every one speeds on it’s long for several miles I was driving down the road speeding and I go by a cop. I know he got me speeding I know I was going fast before he can even turn his lights on I have pulled over. He then pulls up behind me opens his door and using his door as a shield he pulls out his gun and says “get out of the ****ing vehicle or I will shoot” Swearing and threatening to shoot me goes on until he has me in hand cuffs and in the back of the cruiser. The tells me I have drugs on me or in my car and that he will go easier on me if I tell him were they are since I had none I could not tell him where they are he spends an hour searching my car coming back several times telling me to tell him where the drugs are. At the time I was 16 my question is would you want your
16 year old child to be subjected to a cop like this for doing nothing wrong but speeding on a road that every one speeds on heck would you want this to happen to yourself?
Had I gone to the papers do you think he would of lost his job instead of just going to his boss who may have been sympathetic to him for what ever reason if the papers were involved it would of made it something he would have had to deal with.
for all the people who think well you were speeding I wasn’t doing nearly as fast as other people do I was only doing 15 over. I’ve seen people going a lot faster. Also if your going to hit a deer would you rather hit it at a slow speed so it dies and slow and painful death or hit it quickly in hopes it dies instantly I know people that do the speed limit and hit deers and the thing slowley dies I always speed and have never hit a deer. And if/when I do it will have a quick death. theres so many what ifs in this world speeding is a very small one. hell I had a friend who got into an accident at 10 miles per hour and becuase he was wearing a seat belt it cracked some thing that killed him shortly after they said if he hadn’t been wearing it he most likely would have lived. you can walk outside and get hit by a bus speeding is only bad because of all the idiots that don’t know how to drive and for the one who said I’m inexperianced hun I could out drive you any day of the week
i’m not using the fact that every one speed as a cruch I’m using it as a well he shouldn’t pull his gun out. the fact remains in the past 3 years the amount of cops on that road as tripled and the only crimes commited on that road are traffic violations such as speeding. And it’s not a back road a road thousands of people travel every day. And the reason I was out was because it was saturday night and it was my friends 18th birthday we were having fun. Also another thing is that since I became an “adult” I’ve been pulled once in 4 years but when I was 16 and 17 I got pulled over atleast once a month and I do nothing different from now to then othe than the fact I moved across the country to a spot where cops have real crime to fight.

I must live in an evil lying scheming town but I am afraid I’ll have no car and be sitting my room trapped and screwed unable to go to school or anything under the circumstances

Ok so if you buy a cheap car, then the economy is so bad that every mechanic will be lyring to you about what needs to be fixed and then not telling you what you really needs to be fixed, for example; the mechanic never would put transmission fluid in my other car, the whole car blew up one day just becaue the whole time I took it to them they NEVER put any ****** fluid in and never seemed to care, then they tried to sell me a transmission for $2,300 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then if you finance a car they have high interest rates , and write up a huge loan on a car that is about to break and then they try to garnish your wages for the loan balance. Example; I bought a car for $3,000 on the lot, they made a loan for $8,000 for it, then after the car was repossesed they sold it for about $200 and the kelly blue book value of the car was only $2,000 anyways.

And then here’s another way to get trapped in this labyrinth, if you want to buy a car from the newspaper , a cheap car, used from a private owner they are really messed up or why would they be selling it ?

Any ideas on what I can do to have a car? I was thinking of working for a few months and saving my money for a car ?
Basically where I live people sit around in the back room at their job talking about how much they **** their customers and ways that they can sabotage and torture them, just the most evil miserable depressed people !!! like a rough area, and they want to cause people mysery

Sometimes people have some flash disk or CD disc which contains virus. When I insert that disk into my PC, the virus automatically runs and infects my system. I want to disable the auto run features of Windows to prevent this.
Anyone helps me?
