Are there a lot of American cars in Japan?

Like there are in Europe, America, and Australia because of their rapidly improving style, gas mileage and quality?
Even if you are a Japanese girl doesn’t mean ****! If you didn’t now, Ford is now 10th in the world in reliability, past Nissan, Mitsubishi, Izuzu, Suzuki, and more. Merucry is 8th, Lincoln is 3rd, and Buick is tied with Lexus in 2nd. I research cars day and night and hope to become a designer of cars technically and style wise.

How can I purchase a bank repo auto?

Are there any list available to the general public stating type of vehicle, mileage, year, make, model, condition, asking price, etc. I’m looking to purchase a bank or finance company repo without having to attend any type of auto auction.

Where can I go online to find estimated gas mileage on om new (used) car?

I just purchased a 91′ Pontiac Bonneville, and I am planning on taking it to Savannah, GA. I live in Des Moines, IA. I was trying to figure out how much I would need to save just for the gas.

Does it make more sense to rent a car for a long vacation. or use my own?

I am going on a 7000-8000 mile driving vacation this fall, and am wondering if it makes more sense to rent a car with unlimited mileage, or drive my own (a 2004 Honda with 35,000 miles on it)? It would cost about $1000 to rent, but would it be worth it to save the wear and tear on my Honda?

When trading in a car, why do sales rep as if the car was painted?

I am in the process of purchasing a new car and am trading in my current one. A few dealerships I’ve gone to have asked me the typical questions regarding my trade-in such as the mileage and added features, and if the car has been in any major accident/s. But the question that I don’t understand the reasoning to is; “has the car had any paintwork done to it”. I am curious to know, if my car were to have any paintwork done (which it doesn’t). Would this decrease the value of the car or is it one of the many sale tactics/gimmicks to devalue the trade-in of a vehicle?

Used Car Problem?

I just bought a used car. I originally bought the car on May 14th and put $1000 down. The vehicle came with a 30 day warranty. There were 88,000 miles on the car. I got a call 2 weeks later stating that they couldn’t find financing and that I would need to put another $1000 down. The car cost $11,125. I went back in and gave the dealership another $1000 and signed a new contract as of May 31st but the contract had the same number of miles as the original. On June 28th the transmission went out. The dealership said that I had to pay $500 and they would cover the rest since I originally bought the car on the 14 and it was over the 1000 miles warranty.
1. Is this basically bait and switch with the financing? The told me one thing and I got another?

2. Does the dealership have to cover the repair of the transmission?

3. Is the contract valid? The second contract had incorrect mileage on it. Can I get my money back?

Which would be a better rental car for 5 or 6 people on vacation ?

2007 Chevy Malibu or a 2007 For Taurus.
I’m looking for something with plenty of room and pretty good gas mileage.
