I am buying a new car and **** the allow rims, if I get new rims, can I trade in the old ones?

The car I am buying has just polished alloy rims, I am used to and really perfer chrome rims. So I want to buy new rims, but not sure what to do with the old ones. Do places that sell rims also buy used rims? Or is ebay my best bet.

Can I buy salvage cars from insurance auctions and then resell them as-is using a seller permit in California?

I want to know if is legal to use my sellers permit to buy totaled cars or salvaged cars at auction to the resell them (as is) in ebay. would i need a dealer license if I selling more than 5 a year?

I have a 1990 Chevy Beretta and on the back of the car.. at the trunk. There is a clear type of plastic that says Beretta on it.
I have searched Panel and trunk and plastic piece on google and on ebay and I get NOTHING!
If anyone can get a visual picture of the back of a 90 Beretta, could you please help me figure out what this thing is called?
Mine was cracked when I got the car used. My bf insisted he could find another one so he made me break it the off. Now, only half of it is sitting there. Its not really a big deal but it looks tacky.

Looking for color ideas for a car! please help?

Hey, I need a few opinions on what color I will have my car painted. I was originally thinking about keeping it around the same color, but I am trying to figure out if something a little wilder would work. Maybe a metallic charcoal and dark green two tone, or something along the lines.
And I would rather not anyone say that i should just dye or paint the inside panels a different color, like black. Because the seats have just been recovered and it cost $$$.
Also please give opinions on the current color, do you like it? **** it? could it be better? Thanks for your time.
The car is a 73 Duster, and it started life as a 6 cylinder so I got it cheap… $4000 off ebay =D

Trusting a car sale through ebay.URGENT?

I have someone in madrid spain that wants to sell me a car, they are in the military and offered to ship the car over to the u.s via cargo plane. However the payment is suppose to be made through ebay. i am to hold the car for 10 days befire the other party receives the money, if i choose not to accept the car it will be picked up and sold to someone in the area and i will receive a refund from ebay. I never used ebay before and the other party only wants to be contacted through email, should i trust that?
