Are Security Guards required to have a liscense?

I have a couple of rent a cops at my apartment complex in CA , and the owners got tired of cars being broken into so they supposedly hired two security guards. They do not have like a security car , they show up in personal vehicles and just walk around in those walmart t shirts that are black and say SECURITY on the back hahaha. I confronted them after they told me to go inside at 8 pm , like thats happening. I asked them for their company or creds and they do not have anything.

Yes i suspect them of thinking they actually have authority it is funny.

Approximately how much gasoline do cars burn when starting the vehicle?

I have heard that it takes a lot of gas to start your vehicle but have also heard that it doesn’t take much. Does anyone know about how much it takes? And I’m not looking for an answer that tells me “it takes a lot” or “it takes a little”. I will choose best answer. Thanks!

do I have to take alot of courses until I learn how to repair cars..like putting in a new part etc…how else can I learn i dont know anybody personally soo yeah? r there places where theyll just let u watch them ?like an internship or something..does reading books just help? and looking at the car urself?
