A family friend stole my car on New Year Eve and wreck it and was hurt, he didn’t have liscense and I didn’t want to get him in more trouble even though he total my car, He promise he was going to start paying me some money at the beggining of Feb. out of his disability check but i still haven’t seen anything and it’s the end of march. Can the court take money out of his disability check and pay meback for my car?

Would car dealerships rather sell you a used car or lease you a new one?

I am working with a Volvo dealer… I am interested in a 2004 XC 90 they are selling for about $25,000 (it has 19,000 miles) but they keep mentioning to me the “attractive” lease rates on the 2008 XC 90. Which type of transaction is better for a dealership — selling a used car or leasing a new one?

What is the best AWD car to get for a new teen driver?

I live up in the mountains, and need to get my soon to be 16 year old a car. IT has to be AWD, and our budget is about $10,000. Things like cost of insurance/safety should be factored in too.

Why is it SO much more expensive to rent a car one way than both ways? And are there ways around it?

My husband and I were planning on flying to Nashville, then renting a car and taking our time coming back to New York City. It will cost $700 to do that, plus airfare. If we rent a car from New York and drive both ways, it only costs $290! Why is this? Any companies specialize in one way cars?

Car (Toyota)Battery Dead and Needs new Charge Each Time?

Got into airport after 5 days to find car battery dead. We jumped it , went to go in reverse and it died and needed a charge again. Rode on the interstate for one hour. Got home ; shut off engine; tried to start it up right away — it was dead.

Can a 15 and a Half year old work at Albertsons?

Ok, so I am 15 and a half and am looking for a job to eventually support the payment of a car. A new Albertsons is opening up in a month or so in my town and I’d love to work there. Im an honors student and I am currently enrolled in Football Weight Training, so I imagine I could help with some freight/ heavy weight role for the store. I live in California. Does anyone know if they can legally or will hire a 15.5 year old?
