Can I buy a car used car with bad credit and i still owe my credit card company money?

OK here the situation. I owe my credit card company 3 grand right now. But I need a car I am looking to buy a car aroung 10grand and down 2 to 3 thousand when I start out. Is it possible to buy a used car with bad credit. A car around 10 thousand is something i can pay month to month.

My credit score is 300-400 and Ive never once had a credit source in my life. Two small medical bills I thought were taken care of have put me in bad credit. So apparently Im not qualified for first time buyer and they sent me over to there special credit. They tried to sell me a 94 car with no radio or AC for 5 grand and 18 month deal.

I only have about 1-1/2 yrs remaining to pay off my car which amounts to $10,650.00 and the interest rate is about 12% . Should I just stick with my bank note? I figure I could pay it off faster and at a lower interest rate if I were to put the balance on a credit card.

I am moving to USA in 2 months. I want to buy a Mercedes which is about $40,000 to $50,000. I don’t have any credit obviously in USA, but I can show a steady income which is $15,000 annual. I know it’s not too much, but I have full PhD scholarship and my husband is going to work as well, so I think I can afford $300 monthly for car payment. Do you think I have a chance?

I want to buy a car, but I was wondering which bureau do the dealers get your score? My Equifax score is 620, Experian is 650 and Transunion is 591. I want the best rate and a not so high payment.

I have a 600 score with trans
a 530 with equifax and experian.
I dont think it is because I have bad credit, it is limited. Is there anywhere online that I can get approved rather then going to the dealerships and looking dumb?
