Whats a good cheap hybrid car for my first car?

I’m buying a car, and wanna know what you guys would recommend as a first one
I want a hybrid, if not, something with a good mpg rating and all that.
But since I saved the money, and there isn’t much, I need one could be sold for a good price if used (like a honda)

Something safe, and doesn’t use too much gas.
My question may not have made sense but if you read it enough with different inflections in your voice and you might eventually get it..

Would you recommend buying a car from New Jersey State auto auctions?

I have never bought from a auction before but when I looked up the New Jersey State Auto auctions website they seemed like any other auto dealer. One can buy of the lot and they have prices advertised.

How is this any different from than buying from a used car dealer. One can arrange a test drive, the cars come with full carfax report etc

This is their website:http://www.njcarbuyer.com/

Please advise: should I consider this option?

Is there a difference between buying a car from a buy here pay here place and buying one from a car dealership

because i have heard that this backyard buy here pay here places dont run credit on u or report u to the credit bureau if for some reason u didnt want the car anymore and they dont give u a warranty on a car. And a regular car dealership gives u a warranty on your car and they run credit check. Is any of this true.

Are Hybrid cars a danger to the blind and to children because they are so quiet?

I didn’t buy one for this reason. We have lots of little kids in our neighborhood. I couldn’t think about buying a car that made no noise while going down the street. I believe when Harley drivers say “loud pipes save lives” they are right.

Is buying a car in perfect condition with a salvage/rebuilt title because it was stolen and had stolen parts?

from it a good idea? what bad can come from it other than it having a lower resell value? I can’t think of anything, and i hope u can’t lol.

Just wondering if you have any “ingenious” tactics for a used car buyer?

I’m sort of a perfectionist. I have to do things right and to the T. I’m logical and thoughtful in every endeavor I undertake. Buying a car is no different. I’m determined to get a bargain and Im wondering if there are any ideas out there that are “outside of the box” ideas. For example I once had an elderly nieghbor who took imaculate care of her car and hardly ever used it! One day she up & decided to buy a new car for no reason other then she could afford it with her comfortable pension. She sold her perfectly fine, old car for peanuts to the value! Now Im thinking about “profiling” potential private party sellers based on their age amongst other factors! Are there any other ideas/tactics that you can think of to aid in my quest?
