How do I contact a top authority for Jim Koons Auto dealer?

I had some trouble with a Woodbridge, VA Koons salesman in which i almost got into a fist fight with him because i wanted to compare prices before buying their vehicle. How can i report this to a higher authority, for example, Jim Koons? They took a $200 deposit i made because i had the car for 2 days, that’s really not fair. Please no dumba** answers like “try their website” be specific. Thanks in advance to the helpful answer’s

Call the dealership and ask who the general manger is,
then you can either ask for him/her, or go in and see them,
don’t cal between 12 and 1:30 you never find them there.
also if you have a state agency who governs used car dealers they will know who is in charge, or at least who owns the place.
also next time, postdate your deposit cheque, cancel it if they threaten to keep it.
